Term papers on every academic subject have become easily accessible and available on the Internet. Term papers are rampart online and the research study report indicates that many students use them for completing their research work; thus automatic plagiarism detection is too high for most assignment done by college and university students. Many students work and submit their papers but they defended themselves in varied ways. Although these papers are used by students for research and other academic purposes, many students have become lazy of doing their own research. Cheating and plagiarism have always been the common problem in most of the learning or academic environments. However, the term papers posted on the Internet have played significant roles such as helping students to advance their research writing skills since most of these term papers are done by professional experts. These papers also encourage faculties to modify term paper topics instead of providing students with similar work now and then.  Although term papers are helpful, citing or acknowledging the work done by someone else is ethically acceptable because academic dishonesty is high in most academic environments.

There is nothing unethical about the service in general provided by term paper online sites. This is because these sites have also provided many of the unemployed professors the means of living. From the utilitarian ethical perspective theory of John Stuart Mill, the basic principle is that the action, which offers the greatest amount of good over bad or evil are ethically or morally right (Shafer-Landau, 2007). For instance, in case one tells a lie to protect the life of someone from danger, this would be considered as a good ethical choice under the utilitarian ethical theory. In this case, Mill attempts to make it clear that the harm can be less by telling the lie rather than telling the truth and putting the life of someone in danger. This kind of ethics can create many problems and it has been misinterpreted because some people argue in a particular situation that the balance of the goodwill can be the greatest in case a particular action is taken in an effective manner.  However, it is not the action that generates the greatest goodwill in a certain situation but rather that action, which generates the greatest goodwill in a society.  However, going back to the example of a lie and saving life, it is vital to tell the truth because the truth is less harmful than the lie in the long run.

Additional, there is nothing unethical with term papers services provided online because these papers are posted to help student accomplish their research effectively and also help faculties to modify their term papers rather than providing repeated term papers every time. It can only be unethical in case students can use these term papers without acknowledging the work of other writers or fail to cite since this can automatically lead to plagiarism. Plagiarism is one of the greatest offenses and it is one of the greatest academic dishonesty; thus it can contribute to cancellation or discontinuing of a student from the university. From the ethical principal of the right approach by Emanuel Kant, Kant argued that individuals have the right to make their own choices. These choices would be the right to truth, privacy and right not to be injured (Arthur, 2000). Therefore, students have the right to provide academic honest work and term paper providers also have the right to protect their privacy since everyone’s action can impact one another; thus those actions will be viewed as unethical.

On the other hand, term papers posted on the Internet are ethically wrong because they expose or attempt students to academic dishonest because many students do not have time of completing term papers, so they will copy from this online term paper sites. Aristotle and Plato proposed an ethical approach of the common good by arguing that people should act according to the common good which benefits the society (Chaffee, 2011). From this approach, everyone would be responsible and take actions that would be beneficial to the community because people’s action may affect the common good of the society. Therefore, both the users, posters, professors or academic institutions should be held accountable. For example, academic institutions should be held responsible because the education system and most of them admit students who have not fully qualified well. The teaching system is also poor and this leaves many students with little or lack of knowledge about conducting or writing effective research or term papers. Educators should encourage students to produce academic integrity work and this is through improving their teaching or education system. Moreover, students are also the ones who should be held ethically responsible or accountable for providing plagiarized work because this is one way of being unethically responsible. Educators should educate students to think critically in order to generate the highest quality and academic honest work. In case a student is lazy, he or she should not even think of applying to the university. Parents pay school fees for their children so tutors should encourage them to work hard in order to become citizens in the future.

The American people have come from far away and most of the citizens are the decedents of the immigrants who came into American empty handed; however, they have played significant roles in varied activities including agriculture, which had been the major backbone for economic growth of America before the introduction of industries. Friedman argues that most of the laws are bad because they make socially advantageous acts illegal. Therefore, the paper attempts to focus on the ethical considerations discussed and relevant questions posed on the video, which are relevant to the contemporary business environment.

There are varied ethical considerations discussed in the video and most of them tend to focus on the issues of promoting the public interests in the American society. It is significant to understand the behavior of people and possible reactions when attempting to make economic policies. Many economists seem to employ economic policy and the use this model in predicting the behavior of people in the society logically based on varied aspects such as price, interests, aggregate supply and demand. Friedman generally neither intends to promote the interests of the public and even does not know the way to promote it (Freidman, 2012). This is because by directing the business in such a way that its producers may be of the utmost value only intends to promote personal values.
Another ethical considerations discussed is the business ethics and this would only be achieved through employing effective policies vital for conducting business. Ethical considerations attempts to focus on effective business decisions on both local and across the globe. The ethical priorities aims of offer effective distribution of economic goods and services among varied people who have freedom for choice of employment, right to work, equal pay, favorable working conditions and protection against unemployment. Lieberman and Hall (2005) argue that the principle of business ethics is to create wealth in a manner that makes one a better person and creates the world a better place.

The questions posed on the video are still applicable today in light of the current business settings. Freidman focused on the influences shaping business and competition in the contemporary business world, which are fueled by increasing technology in the global environment; thus a call for the government to take significant action to stay a head or sustain a competitive advantage in the business world. The message of Freidman is clear when he urges that the government should be prepared because this phenomenon waits for no one. Secondly, another issue is that of freedom where people should be left to make their own decisions but the government has taken much control of the citizens, and this is also experienced in the contemporary business world. Poor government policies, poor security and other aspects are among the problems that impact many business industries from achieving their business goals effectively. Lastly, in a well regulated market based economy, which is driven by a free trade and increased economic growth, the least-advantaged people in the society should benefit from the mechanisms of the system. However, higher level of inequality and poor resource distribution are among the common problems impacting many people in the contemporary business world; thus driving economy behind.

The lecture of Freidman can help me to become a better business person because of varied reasons. First, Freidman talks about bad laws and the way they should be changed and make them flexible in order to enable business carry out their business successfully. Some of the law such as laws protecting workers, employers, wage laws, free trade laws and many others are significant in an economy. The intervention of the government in the contemporary markets and promoting the practice of freely floating exchange rates and other governmental practices should be flexible to allow people to involve in free trade effectively (Friedman, 2012). This is vital because flexible laws can enable producers and other business entrepreneurs to carry out their business successfully; thus achieving a competitive advantage.  Another example provided in the lecture that can enable me to become a better business person is the aspect of freedom and peace. Friedman (2012) argues that the government should direct what people are supposed to do but give them freedom to carry out their activities effectively, as well as protect them. However, the government has neglected to offer effective framework and plan for which every individual should pursue; thus he encourages people to interact within markets to get what they want or accomplish certain goals effectively.

Author's theme
Chen, in his book talks about religious themes of salvation and sacred in the context of migration. He describes the economic, political and social contexts of immigration the Middle East class to California and its subsequent religious experiences. The transformation of local American churches into Taiwanese Christian churches indicates the desire of this middle class to develop its beliefs and traditions.

Authors answerChen examines the religious transformation of the Taiwanese to Christianity and Buddhism. His argument is grounded on the main thought that these discussions reinforce a current mode of pluralist faith concerning Taiwanese community, and give necessary foundation for such communities to develop in US. The main reason of conversion was to transform their identity and “get new selves”. Evangelization strategy fulfilled their crave for survival in a society and enabled Christian church to establish meeting points and their desire to know their people better.

The question of God and the sense of religion among the Taiwanese community and Buddhist differentiated them from the evangelical Christians. It involved the denial of family and its associated traditions and obligation such as the ancestral worship of ancestors. This neglect of local traditions and the embracing of a new tradition are transformational.

Self and identity reconstruction using religious models by questioning the local traditions defining them in old days established their true identity. While Christians distinguish their true and new the identity by answering Christianity call and principle set for them, the Buddhists focus on a change of the self via the abandonment of worldly desires and oneself in as in material success and status.

Identity transformation manifests itself differently in women and men. Religious practices are rebellion acts that release the women from discriminating  traditions, and reinstate men's confidence engrossed immigration experience, permitting  them  challenge insecurity, disappointment and adversity in the world. Religious conversation puts considers manifested changes in the person’s unconscious and manifested in his regular traditions.

Chen answer is satisfying in that it gives insights on the identity construction and his argument establish a center for understanding the Taiwanese religious and family traditions, meaningful anecdotes, quotations and examples and psychological methodology.

Introduction
Antigone and Medea are two main productions of Greek classical drama. Both plays directed by women. Antigone featured a presentation by Fiona Shaw and the director being Niketi Kontouri. Medea featured a performance by Sophocles Peppas as Creon and Lydia Koniorduo as Antigone. The play directed by Deborah Warner.

Similarities
The opening scenes in the plays give up several purposes. They both start with providing the viewers with the past and the penalty of certain situations that the characters are part of. This brings the audience to the current time, in which the play happen thus enabling the audience to have a refreshed and comprehensible image of what feature of the myth the play highlights or on any adjustments made.

Another resemblance of the two Greek plays is that they both share the disobedience of the traditional position of women. According to the Greek cultures, women were to take the passive responsibility and on no account should they question a superior male. Women’s views were irrelevant in the society.

Differences
In Antigone, the first to go in the play are Ismene and Antigone while in Medea first to enter the play is the nurse. Antigone and Ismene engage in a dialogue over defying the declaration forbidding their brothers funeral bringing the audience to the present.  The nurse in Medea reminds the audience of the myth of the Golden Fleece. She also tells on the love involving Medea and Jason from start to the end.

The chorus in Antigone emerges in every scene and serves as the tone of the traditions. It also acts as guidance to the characters.  The chorus in Medea relates the reasons for the fight and death of Antigone and Ismene’s brothers (Eteocles and Polyneices). The nurse in Medea brings in an extremely anxious mood that stays all the way through the whole play.

Conclusion
Well recognized Greek plays such as Medea and Antigone contain a number of intricate, female characters. The female characters acquire upon herself, the function of villain, the function of the victim and function of heroine.
Introduction
In the war against crime, JamesMoriarty has been the Holmes top antagonist. Contrary to Holmes being a genius in solving crimes, Jamesis best at orchestrating them. His criminal territory is spread across the continents of the world. His criminal activities are known to very few including Dr.watson and Holmes. At a small prestigious college, he is a respected professor. He is a mathematics professor which makes him famous in the small the small field. Those intellectuals around him have always worked around the clock to ensure his deeds do not direct back to the professor.

Discussion
The professor had a brother known as Colonel James Moriarty. He wrote letters defending the professor. The professor was described as a philosopher, abstract thinker with a first order brain. According to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle James sits motionless, just as a spider in the middle of its web, although the web has a lot of radiations, and he recognizes every palpitation of each of them.”

He was argued to be among the first super villains. He has featured in “The Valley of Fear”, “The Empty House and “The Final Problem”. Traven observes that Moriarty used to swing his head sideways, ready to strike like a snake. He was further accused of paying henchman Moran a huge amount of money. He had inspector Mac Donald on his side. The inspector stated that when he went to visit him, he embraced him like a father.

Moriarty is mentioned in five other stories by Holmes: The Norwood Builder, The Illustrious Client, The Missing Three-Quarter, His Last Bow and The Empty House.

Moriarty acts a direct part in only one other of Doyle's Holmes stories: "The Valley of Fear". In this book, Holmes tries to prevent James's agents engaging into acts murder. In this story, Moriarty and Holmes do not meet.

Conclusion
Traven concluded by saying that he thought Moriarty being behind the scenes was the best thing. He went ahead to say that Moriarty was the crime itself.

At times lovers are separated by age. Other occasions separated by race. On still other occasions, it is religion. Although in The Promise, Konrad and Sophie are of the same age, same nationality and same religion. The lovers are separated by an ugly put up of stone and barbered wire that turns out to be a mark of the cold war. In the 1960s in Berlin, nothing was more terrible than the realism of lovers, families and friends separated by what became identified basically as “the Wall.

Konrad becoming a well esteemed astronomer changed everything in his love life with Sophie. Although they make lots of promises for their future, the couple gets separated, with Sophie in the West and Konrad in the East. Sophie was pregnant at that time.

The film is politically biased. Family attachment weigh in, additionally to which, once Konrad’s father turns him in for planning to flee, Konrad is firmly watched as a security risk.  Konrad and Sophie keep connected for many years. They are separated by an official who cancels father-son visits. After the Wall came down in 1989, it was uncertain they may perhaps ever be a pair again although their vivid memories will constantly be reminiscent to them of how they were in their love life.

Margarethe von Trotta as the director assigned Konrad the role of a successful natural scientist as the film weaves personal events and history into a textile full of irony and emotion. Von Trotta does not deceive either side of her story, East or West. Politics and people mix, although nothing is white or black in investigating one of the several stories about the Wall.
Shakespeare’s was the most famous English Poet and Play Writer. He wrote several poems and plays which many countries adopted his plays and made a part of their own culture. All around its history, Japan has always defended it culture above outside the charm. Traditionally Japanese theater includes four key forms Noh, Kabuki, Kyogen and Banraku. The involvement of the Government, Japanese filmmaker crafted a style of their own based on Noh Theater. Kabuki combines music, dance and skills.
Kabuki beginning at the Edo time had more popularity among the lower social class in comparison to the higher social classes. It is probable a Japanese version of Shakespeare’s plays performed in an opera. The performance of the plays is impressive, entertaining and energetic in the use of makeup, color, movements and other spectacular effects. The most extraordinary thing on the theatre was the sound of wooden clappers that signaled the opening and the closing plays. The actors wore outfits that reflected the fashionable styles of the day.

Since the late Meiji period, Shakespeare has held an essential place in Japanese mythical culture. When Shakespeare’s work met another tradition a lot happened which was no less long and sophisticated but roughly different, both linguistically and culturally. Classical music came to Japan from the West and has an extensive following.

However, Akira Kurosawa was a well known filmmaker of Japan Choose look toward and covers some western ideologies of filmmaking. He used Shakespeare’s and other American novels as a source of material for their work.

On the adverse, only few of Shakespeare plays ever developed on Japanese stage, but, on the other hand, every aspect of Shakespeare drama including its theme, physical and verbal structure, style characterization, cultural background has been hugely and vigorously studied in Japan. No Shakespearean scholar in Japan denies the superiority of Shakespeare’s play, as literature or in theater and Japan theater culture is so influenced by Shakespeare’s play.

In writing, clarity is accomplished through a process. It is the outcome of detailed concentration and painstaking labor. When writing a draft, one will find that some parts are clear while others are not. Identify which is which being certain to account for how the reader will understand the written information. Clarity is what one creates by himself or herself. It is not something that arrives from outside of an individual. It is a decision.

The best way to attain impartiality when reviewing a draft is to allocate time off between finishing the first draft and the consequent revision. The more time one puts between the two activities, the less attached one will be on the writing, allowing better identification on parts that need fixing. The time allocated for proofreading helps writers to edit spelling mistakes, sentence boundaries and errors in verbs (MacGowan, 2001). In addition, keep sentences length manageable in order to avoid run-on sentences. Always go for shorter sentences most of the time. According to Lauchman (2010), shorter sentences lead to proper punctuation thus, enabling one to communicate professionally and clearly. Opt for active voice. When a sentence is confusing, and it is written in passive form consider modifying it to active voice. Active voice tends to communicate ideas clearer than passive voice that makes for uncertainty.

In writing use a consistent tone. Reverting to another tone will only leave a reader confused. When writing in an argumentative tone, maintain it throughout the writing process. Certainly, one should have to adjust for genuine differences between written and spoken words, but use words readers will clearly understand. Do not baffle your prose’s clarity by use of stilted or jargon, “intelligent” words.

Clarity in writing is one of the significant features to be focused or divert the reader’s interest towards your thinking. Clarity is what enables a reader to understand what a writer is trying to say. Good writing stems directly from clear thinking.
